About LulaB

Welcome to Lula B World,

I am thrilled You are here and hopefully You will feel right at home!

Born in a small family in the sunniest town in Bulgaria, I enjoyed a happy childhood and relatively carefree teenage years. new-imageUnfortunately, I became both anorexic and bulimic (more on this here). This changed my whole perspective on life. I was looking for different ways to run away from myself. Living in my fantasy, traveling the world like a nomad, relationship jumping..I have learned that you can escape to a new destination, job or relationship, but you can’t escape who you are. I finally built up the courage to face  all the problems, rebuild my life and make it amazing. After years of struggling it is still so hard. Every day is like a new challenge. However, I do believe that this will come to an end – soon or later!

Cruising somewhere in the Caribbean!

The reason why I kick off this blog with such a personal post, is because I know that there are a lot of people out there struggling in different ways. Well, I was there! I am still there to be honest. Quit the confusion and find your passion..Find inspiration, dedicate your life to something unique and rise up. This is how I built up the courage. My eating disorders nearly killed me. However, I decided not only to fight back but take most of it! Rediscovering my passion and launching this blog have helped a lot. With the new year coming, I am going to start my last battle with the disease. As they say yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose. Now, more than ever I am determined to win not only the battle, but the war!

Let’s encourage one another, let’s get to know each other and find inspiration through food and stories. Let’s be better today than yesterday! I open up myself and I will be more than happy if You do the same.
